The Maker

Nina O’Reilly

I specialize in crafting exquisite, one-of-a-kind home and wearable products made from 100% wool. Each item is meticulously handcrafted from start to finish in my Studio in Strandhill, Co. Sligo, Ireland. By sourcing limited quantities of premium wool, I uphold my commitment to quality over quantity. My approach ensures sustainability and uniquness in every creation.

I was born and raised in the charming village of Westendorf in the Austrian Tirol. During a holiday in Ireland in 2008, I fell in love and not only with the captivating beauty of the Atlantic Ocean.

In 2015, I embarked on a self-taught apprenticeship in sewing and free-motion embroidery.Drawing inspiration from the Atlantic Ocean and the Austrian Alps, I have since developed a stunning collection of products made from 100% wool.

My commitment lies in sustaining and championing 100% natural fibres, and I’m proud to be crafting beautiful pieces from  100% irish wool and wool sourced from Austria.

Wool is:

  • Recyclable

Wool is 100% recyclable and is the worlds most recycled textile.
